Brandy de Jerez Solera Reserva Carlos III, produced by Bodegas Osborne, 70 cl bottle.
Brandy obtained from holandas, distilled spirits and alcohols selected, healthy and balanced wines. Its production process and aging is characterized by a special and careful assembly of the various spirits that are part of its composition and its use in aging in American oak casks previously soaked in wine with Oloroso sherry in the traditional dynamic system Criaderas aging and Pavers. Year of foundation of the hearth: 1,904.
It is a golden amber brandy with live transparency. Shiny, bright. The nose has a very balanced aromatic intensity, with notes of good spirit and enriched by fine notes of pastry. The palate is round, balanced, toasty sweetness (pastry, nuts). Very elegant.
Brandy alone, take it slightly cold cups sherry or similar to those used for wine in glass of fine crystal ball taking care not to be too large, or if you prefer, adding wide glass or two ice cubes to refresh and extend the drink.
