Grape varieties: Macabeo, Parellada and Pansa Blanca. Preparation: Parxet Brut Reserva is made starting from a manual harvesting, pressing of whole grapes and fermentation at low temperatures, obtain cuvées necessary to mix properly and personality that brings the Pansa Blanca DO Alella, making the circulation and aging in our cellars of Tiana for a minimum of two years. Tasting Notes: Parxet Brut Reserva very pale with green tints tone, fine and persistent bubbles to form mousse. The nose is delidado and personalized in which the Pansa Blanca characteristics stamp Alella. The palate is broad, with personality and volume. Temperature: 5 ° C - 7 ° C Conservation: The cava should be stored in a cool place, at a constant temperature (10 to 15ºC) away from drafts, light and vibration. The arrangement of the bottles can be horizontal or vertical, although it is recommended to keep them as they come in boxes.
