Josep Maria Pujol-Busquets has managed to unite tradition and modernity ecology making great wines with a particular brand. All bottles indicate the date of disgorgement, an excellent warranty that the product arrives at the optimal time for consumption.
This eco-friendly, cheerful and unpretentious cava is clean, fresh, dynamic and full of fruit (pear, apple). Presents abundant fine bubbles rising in thin lines but without forming crown. Plus, it comes beautifully presented with an elegant case reminiscent of the best champagnes.
