The flagship of the legendary maison GHMumm with predominance of Pinot Noir, a strong presence of Chardonnay and a touch of Pinot Meunier, Champagne aged for 30 months in an underground tunnel 15 kilometers long. Didier Marotti and winemaking team are responsible for perpetuating the final blend of this champagne, expressing a mixture complexity, depth and spirit of sophistication each year. An icon ready to enjoy it.
Vineyard: The vineyards include 160 hectares classified as Grands Crus and are located in 8 historic towns (Ay, Bouzy, Ambonnay, Verzy, Verzenay, Mailly, Avize and Cramant). 218 hectares.
Harvest: Harvesting is usually done between late September and mid-October, about 100 days after flowering. It is made exclusively by hand, plot by plot, bunch by bunch and employs approximately 1,000 harvesters.
Winemaking: The cellar master adds between 25 and 30% of reserve wines, which brings greater complexity and depth to the final blend.
Aging: Aging for two and a half years (the minimum set is 18 months).
