Appearance: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent bubble slow evolution, with good training rosaries.
Aroma: clean and fruity, with hints of apple, caramel notes and a background of fresh herbs and balsamic menthol.
Elegant and balanced, fruity and fresh, with ripe apple and syrup: final print. Carbonic well integrated with excellent sugar-acid balance. Long aftertaste and delicate.
