Its deep red color is intense and even adorned with bluish hues. Its aroma is deep, intense, complex and subtle.
We initially evokes clear notes of black currants, plums and figs, all surrounded by memories of cinnamon, clove and lightly toasted. As it opens, the scent of violet and deep balsamic and mineral background appears clearly. The palate is structured, sweet and full of fruit. Its very ripe tannins caress the palate and saturates interesting sensations. Its balanced acidity and long finish refreshes invites us to repeat the experience. A superb wine will improve over the next 10 years.
Wine made from the grape varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan (Mazuelo), Grenache, merlot and syrah
Vinification: Controlled fermentation in 50 hl tanks. Very long maceration with frequent punching down and pumping to achieve optimum extraction.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters.
Production: 57,000 bottles. We recommend decanting before serving.
