The distillation process involves cold incredibly low and of the highest quality productions. You can only produce 240 bottles a day OXLEY, gin making this a sign of exclusivity. The liquid is bottled by hand, and finally, after passing all quality checks, the band of leather is put into the bottle as the final seal of quality
