Botanicals: Juniper berries, ginger root, licorice, cassia bark, green cardamom, coriander, cubeb berries, nutmeg and lime.
The G'Vine Nouaison is prepared starting from macerating and distilling in a still flower vine in the grape alcohol. Was subsequently added 9 flavors that characterize and are macerated between 2-5 days for groups, to be then distilled in small stills in its essence is obtained. These essences were mixed with alcohol base grapes in perfect proportions, and then make the final distillation in a traditional copper stills. The result, the G'Vine Nouaison is a silky and intensely spicy gin, with complex flavors and aromas that make it perfect for the most innovative cocktails, or even to take it alone. Perfect for a dry martini is a different alternative to the classic London Dry. Unlike most gins, wherein the alcohol comes from the fermentation of grain, gins G'Vine neutral alcohol used as grape base, produced from grapes Ugni Blanc, neutral in taste but with high acidity . Distillation of spirit stills base is made in column order to obtain a fine fragrances but neutral alcohol. This alcohol is softer and doomed than traditional grain and is therefore ideal as a base for a complex and expressive gin.
