Premium gin Bombay Sapphire, Bombay Spirits Distillery
It made since 1987 in Cheshire (England), is a premium gin London Dry 47 ° alc. / Vol., Obtained by triple distillation of grain alcohol with a single process, the steam infusion. The infusion is carried out by passing the gaseous distillate among botanists previously chopped for the absorption of the most delicate aromas. For this process Carterhead modified copper stills are used.
The original recipe dates back to 1761 and used botanicals are juniper, lemon peel, coriander, licorice root, cassia, angelica root, orris root, cubeb and grains of paradise.
