Grape varieties: 90% Tempranillo, Graciano 5% 5% Viura and Malvasia Skins

Aging: 24 months in new oak barrels. 80% French, 20% American

Preparation: Manual in boxes of 12 kg of grapes from vineyards age 60 Harvest. Before fermentation in cold rooms specially designed for this for a period of 24 hours (4-6 degrees) temperature controlled. Selecting sorting table and separating shoulders and tips. This wine is made from destemmed shoulders. Fermentation in small stainless steel tanks and French oak vats of 7000 liters. Malolactic fermentation in new barrels.
