PREPARATION: Fermentation in stainless steel with lees removed for a minimum of 3 months. Fermentation temperature: 15 ° C. Fermentation duration 21 days. Cold maceration: 12 hours 6 ° C.
TASTING NOTES: Made from selected Verdejo grapes from its own vineyards. A pale yellow color with steely, bright and intense reflections. Fresh and fruity nose with a complex and enveloping palate with notes of fennel and boxwood, typical of the variety. It offers a nice view to the pale yellow, green, clean and bright lemony.
