White Wine Dilemma, OD Wheel
Grape variety: 100% Verdejo
Vintage: White wine without aging
DEVELOPMENT
It is a white wine made from vineyards located at 700 m altitude. The harvest is done at night, in order to pick grapes at the lowest possible temperature. Then we pass the grapes, a tubular exchanger until the heat between 6 and 8 º C, thus we can extract the aromas of macerated skin wort for about twelve hours. By the method of draining the wort flower which will make the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature between 14 and 16 ª C for 12 to 15 days to obtain a very aromatic white wine, a nice bright green color is obtained.
TASTING SHEET
Straw yellow with greenish glints very bright. Complex aromas with citrus and herbal notes with a background of very expressive tropical fruit. The palate is fresh and very tasty untuoso.Posee a great balance with a long, round finish invites you to continue drinking.
