Red wine Roble, made by Bodegas Laus Somontano (Aragon).

Grapes 40% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Tempranillo
Production process: Wine red grapes from three very settled in Somontano that perfectly complement each other. The three were fermented monovarietalmente at mild temperatures to extract all the fruitiness and less aggressive tannins.
After the post-fermentation maceration proceeded to bleed wines to undertake malolactic fermentation after which the assembly of the wine was made to carry the barrel of mixed oak (staves of American oak and funds French oak) for five months .
