Fentimans Tonic is a very special tonic which is made with 100% natural ingredients following methods over a century old.
The known method is simple. Are poured into large vats key ingredients; organic cereals, quinine bark, leaves lemons brought from Asia, cane sugar and purified water. The mixture is the right time to extract all the flavor of each of the ingredients for the perfect flavor. The final taste is its own sharp bitterness quinine bark.
Leaves Lemon put the more complex notes. Because Fentimans Tonic is carbonated for longer than other tonic the end result is the ideal to be mixed with a good gin.
In nose, Fentimans Tonic shows mild citrus and earthy notes of quinine.
In the mouth, the carbon is thin and appears in the background. Predominate thanks to lemon citrus notes and lemongrass, which give it freshness. Feeling bitter finish is very nice and is well wedged between the sweetness and acidity of the tonic
