Merlot: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon: 30%
winemaking
De-stemming and crushing. Maceration pre-fermentation cold for 3days. Alcoholic fermentation at 25 ° C in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. Maceration between 15 days and 3 weeks. Matured in casks and 185 hl in barrels of 1 to 3 years for 9 to 12 months.
tasting
Deep garnet nose revealing aromas of spices and pepper. Slightly woody notes are present in the second nose. The mouth is both flexible, by the predominance of Merlot, but also supported by a tannic Cabernet feature provided by the Bordeaux vineyards.
