COMPOSITION: Pinot Noir
MODE OF PROCESSING Pinot Noir grapes are harvested in early August with boxes to minimize maceration. Once in the winery is gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel at low temperature. After printing the second fermentation takes place in bottle typical "Champenoise Method" and after a minimum aging 2 two years, is ready to savor.
TASTING
Pale with hints of "onion skin" Pink Visual examination. His little "pink pearls" slowly rising to form his crown feature.
First Review olfactory nice printing, thin and light, lingering aromas of varietal character and upbringing.
Examination taste palate is pleasant, full and smooth, with elegant and very long aftertaste.
Final Great balance, very fine and long finish printing.
Consumption To be taken any time as an aperitif or with all types of food, it has a body to hold entrees.
