Taleia 2013 White Wine, Wine OD Costers del Segre, prepared by the winery Castell D'Enclus (Talarn)
Grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon
Handpicked in small boxes of 10 kg of grapes from the estate only. Part of the wine was fermented in new French oak, with a period of aging on lees. The rest of the wine is made in small stainless steel vats 25 and 6 Hl. After bottling the wine has been bottled for 9 months.
In view - very pale yellow
Nose - Great complexity, notes of apricot and light vanilla notes, with spicy background
In the mouth - Lightweight undergrowth, fat and a very long finish with a sharp and elegant acidity
Aftertaste - Long and varietal
This wine will develop in bottle a significant complexity. Thanks to its acidity will have a very good aging, provided they keep fit and proper temperatures.
