Cigonyes Red wine, produced by Bodegas Pelarada, is a wine of the appellation of origin Emporda (Spain)
Designation of Origin: Empordà.
Varieties: Grenache (65%), Syrah (18%), Ull de Llebre (17%).
Harvest: Selected grape.
Ageing: Ten months in French oak barrels of second wine.
Alcohol: 13.20% vol.
Bottle Type: Burgundy. 75 cl.
Tasting notes: Color purple live with medium intensity. Intense reminiscent of red fruits and spices, rounded with fine notes of barrel aging aroma. The palate is fluid, balanced, long, savory and fresh at the same time. It is a silky, persistent and pleasant finish surround and wine.
