This sake uses naturally filtered water from the river and Kinokawa original yeast called "Rashomon Kobo".
TASTING NOTES
Color clear with slight yellow notes.
Aroma rice moderately heavy, rich almidor. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus. Dry and long lasting. Medium bodied, oily water texture, soft carbonation. Final with slight feelings of alcohol.
MARRIAGE
Ideal for the whole Japanese cuisine but also suitable with seafood, grilled fish dishes or baked soft taste and character.
